Top Questions — quick, direct answers you can act on

Pricing & Booking

Question 1: How much does a typical event cost?

Prices vary by scope. Small events (basic PA + tech) start around $X00–$X00. Full production (multi-camera livestream, lighting, FOH engineer) typically ranges $X,XXX–$XX,XXX. Exact quote provided after event details.

Question 2: What information do you need to give me a firm price?

We need event date, venue address, expected attendance, event length, indoor/outdoor, power availability, desired services (sound, lights, livestream, band), and any load-in restrictions. The more details, the faster and more accurate the quote.

Question 3: What is your booking lead time?

- Standard: 2–6 weeks for most events.

- Busy season/weddings/large productions: 8–12+ weeks recommended.

- For short-notice events, check availability — we prioritize fast responses and can often accommodate with rush fees.

Technical & Logistics

Question 4: Do you provide on-site technical support and rehearsal time?

Yes. Our packages include on-site engineers and at least one soundcheck/rehearsal. For larger productions or livestreams we schedule a full tech rehearsal and run-through.

Question 5: What do you need from the venue?

120/240V power access, a secure load-in path, a dry covered space for electronics, and a stage or risers for performers. We’ll send a detailed tech rider and site checklist before the event.

Question 6: Do you handle livestream and hybrid events?

Yes. We offer single-camera to multi-camera livestreaming, encoding, streaming to platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, Vimeo), and managed CDN options. Packages include stream testing, bitrate optimization, and on-site encoder.

Artists & Gospel Band

Question 7: How does artist/talent management work?

We vet talent, handle contracts, negotiate riders, and coordinate logistics (travel, accommodation, and rehearsal schedules). We act as your point person between venue and talent.

Question 8: Can we hire the gospel backing band for worship only or for full concerts?

Both. We provide worship team support for services, or a full concert-ready band. Packages include chart prep, rehearsal, stage plot, and a band leader to manage the set.

Question 9: Do you provide sheet music and charts?

Yes. For bands and managed artists, we provide digital charts and lead sheets in agreed formats (PDF, OnSong, or printed copies). We request charts at least 7–14 days before the event for large ensembles.

Policies & Support

Question 10: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require a deposit to secure a date. Deposits are refundable per contract terms; cancellations within 30 days may forfeit part or all the deposit depending on services reserved. Rescheduling is accommodated whenever possible; we’ll transfer deposits when dates are available.

Question 11: Do you carry insurance and permits?

We carry general liability insurance and provide COIs on request. For events requiring permits (city filming, street closures, amplified sound), we help coordinate permits but client is responsible for permit fees unless contracted otherwise.

Question 12: What happens if something fails during the event?

We bring redundant systems for critical elements (backup mics, cables, power strips) and have on-site technicians trained to troubleshoot quickly. For livestreams, we maintain redundant encoders and internet options when needed.

Simple process. Predictable results.
